Eye Love you Valentine’s Day Card
FIRST: Choose the card stock you would like to use. I chose a natural tan color paper, cut it in half and folded it to make my card.
SECOND: Take your corner hole punch and trim around the corners of your card to make them rounded.
THIRD: Grab the Fiskars ShapeXpress, template and cutting mat. Place the template and shape cutter on top of card stock and cut a circle on the front side of your card.
FOURTH: Next use your letter stampers and ink pad to decorate the front of the card how you wish. I chose just the simple saying of “ I love you”
FIFTH: Next use a glue dot on the back of your wiggly eye and place onto the inside of the card, making sure that it comes through the hole on the front side of the card that you cut out earlier.
FINSHING: Finally, be creative and draw whatever you want on the inside of your card making sure to incorporate the wiggly eye. (The kids can easily help out with this part!) I think monsters, fish, flowers or aliens would all be perfect!!
You are done! Now just give this handmade eye love you Valentines day cards to someone special to say “I Love You”! My kids loved giving these to each other and laughing at the cute monster inside.
