After a couple test scarves, ripping out and rewriting the pattern a few times I am so happy to finally release the Gracelyn Fringe Cowl! If you love simple crochet patterns but also want to add a little something extra then this pattern is for you! Read on down to get started with this FREE cowl crochet pattern.
Remember when I had my yarn date on Valentine’s Day that I shared a photo of on Instagram? Well, this crochet cowl pattern was the result! For this cowl I used Isaac Mizrahi Colorways Merino Blend which is a light luxurious feeling yarn. I was thrilled when I found it for less than $3.00 at Michaels during their yarn sale! Yay! If you can’t find this yarn Lion Brand Mandala Yarn would be a perfect substitute!
Works up Fast!
Before this project I’d never completed any crochet pattern with a light yarn before, so it was a little intimidating, but worked up so quickly! I definitely will be making something else with a light weight yarn because the delicate look you can achieve with it is so worth it! If I can do it so can you! 🙂
Ready to get started?
Read on down for the pattern and I hope you enjoy the tutorial! 🙂 Happy Crocheting Friends!
