Remember the crochet blanket I recently blogged about earlier this year using the Blanket Stitch?
If you don’t recall you can find the post here: “Blanket Stitch Blanket”. Well, I am making a baby blanket using this same stitch and wanted to share a little sneak peek of it with you all!!
I am using two skeins of yarn at once and it is giving it such a different look that the previous blanket I made. I love it so far!! I decided to use Lion Brand Yarn Baby Soft Yarn in Parfait Print and Baby White Pompadour.
If you have never worked with Baby Soft it is a super soft acrylic blend light worsted weight 3 yarns that are made in classic pastel colors.
You can find out more about it “Here” on the Lion Brand website.
Don’t you love the way the Blanket Stitch looks??
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek. I will have more details and a full pattern coming soon!!

In the meantime, feel free to try out my previous Blanket Stitch Pattern to get the hang of the stitch.
